What’s wrong with this picture? OH, IDK MAYBE IT’S THE FACT THAT SHE HAS A GPA FIRST LADY AND IS LIKE 4 YRS OLD.

People can spend their money however they want.

So basically they started from scratch, have a seemingly unlimited budget, and a killer plan that, once completed, will make this a world class facility. It’s already better than any of the local show grounds by a landslide. Like wef, there are separate horse and golf cart paths. Like wef, each ring has it’s own attached schooling area. The wash racks are similar to wef. Same footing.

There’s music playing 100% of the time during the show but not Spanish music or pop or outdated stuff, just chill music (currently listening to Hotel California). The majority of the stalls are permanent and include tack rooms (not equipped, but still lockable). The stalls are matted with sliding doors. There are massive raised walk ways between the rings that have tons of seating and even phone charging stations. Real restrooms.

It’s designed with practicality and extravagance in mind.

Currently working on a hotel overlooking the horse show.

You know what’s cuter? Trick question.

Photo creds to the fabulous Annie Patterson!
